Adobe has announced the release of a new universal video editor called Premiere Rush. This application, in fact, is a mobile version of Premiere Pro, but its functionality is slightly curtailed. Any owner of an Android gadget today can download this application for free from the Google Play service. But the Premiere Rush program is supported only on new smartphones, as it is quite resource-demanding.

The free tariff (Starter plan) allows the user to export up to 3 projects from the program. Those who want to use the application without restrictions and upload up to 100 GB of video content to the cloud storage will have to subscribe to Creativ cloud. It will cost $ 9 a month.
The editor allows you to process video "on the go." The user can turn on the camera to capture video with a resolution of 4K. There is also the possibility of creating collages, including both videos and still images. And then you can put an audio track or special effects on the collage.
