Chinese IT giant Huawei has added dual video recording mode to its flagship smartphone P30 Pro. Now the device can shoot both with the main camera and through a telephoto lens. The video sequence obtained during such a shooting is divided in half. This innovation became available after updating the firmware in the EMUI branded user environment, which Huawei puts on all flagship smartphones.

At the time of the start of sales of the device, the new mode was not supported. But representatives of the company already assured users that double shooting will appear in firmware 9.1.0.153. This software is currently available only to Chinese users, but very soon it will appear in other countries. A new feature is available in the update - “Charming portrait”. With it, you can create portrait shots by adding special blurring effects to them and automatically generate video slices. Also in the update, there are several new special effects templates and April security patches released by Google.
