Huawei is experiencing difficult times today. The US Department of Commerce imposed sanctions on the Chinese IT giant and blacklisted it, depriving it of access to the latest versions of the Android system. But despite this, the demand for Huawei smartphones in China is only growing, and the spasmodic growth in sales began immediately after the U.S. sanctions, which entered into force on May 16.

This phenomenon was noticed in the Tmall online store. According to the owners of this trading platform, the number of gadgets ordered on their site from May 18 to 21, increased by 130%. In order to celebrate this event, Huwei even published commemorative posters. But it is not only a spasmodic increase in sales. The number of Huwei fans has increased dramatically. For example, at Tmall, their number has already exceeded 10 million, and continues to grow rapidly. A similar situation is observed in other Chinese trading floors. IT analysts believe that in this way, the Chinese are patriotic and try to support the domestic manufacturer.
