On April 10, information on the new Galaxy A80 smartphone equipped with a rotating camera appeared on the site of the South Korean IT giant. At the top of the apparatus is a retractable module. A built-in camera is mounted in it, which can be used both as the main and the front camera. If the user selects a selfie mode, the optical module automatically rotates 180 degrees. For this, the smartphone has a special mechanism.
Galaxy A80 - the first device from Samsung, which has a full-screen display, but there is no traditional drop-shaped cutout for the front camera. The screen works on an active matrix with organic LEDs (Super AMOLED). Its diagonal is 6.7 inches, and the resolution is 2400 by 1080 pixels. And the device has two intelligent subsystems. One is designed for optimal distribution of battery resources, the second increases the overall performance of the device. The start of smartphone sales in Russia is scheduled for April 27.
