Experts from MasWorld said that the iPhone XI, equipped with the new A13 processor, will be more powerful than a laptop. The process involved in the new chip is 7 nm, because Apple does not yet have the necessary details to create smartphones using the 5 nm process, and the delivery will not begin in the near future. Therefore, Cupertino decided not to increase the performance of the processor cores. There will be only 2 of them in the new smartphone.

So far, experts can’t give exact figures characterizing the power of a multi-core processor, but they assume that it will be no lower than 16,000 points. The result is a chip whose performance will be ahead of not only all existing smartphones on Android, but also almost all ultrabooks.
And MasWorld employees believe that Apple will continue to work on machine learning systems, and the technical design in the iPhone XI will change significantly. This will give extra power. Already, the A13 processor performs 20 trillion operations per second, which puts it on a par with the best modern developments.
