According to leaks, it should have lost its audio output, the cutout should still be flaunted at the top of the screen, although now it is drop-shaped, and the fingerprint scanner from the back panel could migrate under the screen. And so it happened.
The design, in general, is similar to its predecessor, adjusted for the disappearance of the audio output and fingerprint scanner. The latter, by the way, is declared the fastest on the market: recognition takes place in 0.34 seconds. The glass on the rear panel remains in place, the camera is still vertically placed, and there is nothing on the front panel except a screen with a cutout and a small frame around it.
Perhaps the disappearance of the audio jack can be explained by the appearance of the OnePlus Bullets Wireless headphone range. But, taking care of its customers, the Chinese company is investing an adapter from USB-C to a 3.5 mm audio output.
Camera. The dual main module consists of matrices Sony IMX 376K and IMX 519. The aperture ratio of both is F / 1.7, optical stabilization is provided for them. The camera allows you to record 480p slow motion video. In addition, there is support for HDR, the new Nightscape mode and studio light mode.
The Oxygen OS shell was supplemented with new control gestures and accelerating the launch of applications “on a cold” Smart Boost utility. The battery, by the way, has a capacity of 3700 mAh, and all modern wireless interfaces are available as a connection.
Sales of new items will start in the United States on November 1, exclusively in the salons of the operator T-Mobile. The 6T will be offered in Midnight and Mirror Black colors. The cost starts from $ 549 for version 6/128, for an additional 2 gigabytes of RAM you will have to pay an additional $ 30, and version 8/256, while the maximum, will cost $ 629.
