Special glasses with face recognition will be developed for the Moscow police. The metropolitan mayor’s office has already instructed the IT department to do the related work.

There are currently no additional details about this project. The department only reported that appropriate testing was underway. Already, a similar technology is actively used in the Moscow metro, where special cameras are able to recognize human faces. Moreover, the urban video surveillance system will gradually expand.
